£100 - £170 per day

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised School Administrator to join our team at a primary school in Sheffield. You will be an essential part of the school's administrative team, providing business and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administrative tasks to support the school's business operations
  • Managing communications with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Handling school finances, budgets, and resources
  • Maintaining accurate school records and databases
  • Supporting senior leadership with various school projects and events
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • School or any administrative experience is required
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Competent in using IT systems (Microsoft Office, databases, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in finance management or similar duties within a school environment is highly desirable
