Application Support Manager
As an Application Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless application support across product domains. Your primary focus will be on the planning, implementation and support of various applications, collaborating closely with end-user clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Application Support team, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of system enhancements and manage production support requests.
- Ensure the inclusion of support and non-functional requirements in epics, aligning with agile delivery.
- Provide expertise in AWS optimisation to enhance cloud-based functionalities.
- Define and implement best practices for application management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing IT Support or Application Support teams.
- Agile qualifications (SAFe) are highly desirable.
- Proficient in off-the-shelf applications such as D365, MS Teams, SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
- Technical understanding of legacy technology systems and ITIL service management.
- Dynamic problem-solving approach.
- Expertise in reporting, trend analysis and change management.
- Experience with digital product teams and familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Track record of working with 3rd party vendors and delivering on strict SLAs.
Please note - The company offers a hybrid working policy, expectations are 2/3 days per week in the office, with infrequent travel to other locations required. You must be based and have the right to work in the UK.
