We are recruiting for a Scheduler for a leading IT service provider based in Hatfield.
Ideally you will have current SC Clearance, if not you must be eligible to obtain it.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook and basic Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Good Interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with immediate teams but likewise able to pick up the phone to Engineers/Resource Managers
- Someone who is proactive and also able to deal with the demands of a busy role at times
- Element of problem solving skills
- Able to learn new systems – We use internal systems iRequest and SAP
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35.
