Business Services Co-ordinator

Posted by National Trust.

Summary

Are you a highly organised individual who is known for their problem solving skills and has a love for delivering first class support? If so, we have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator.

As this role involves working between properties, please consider how you would travel from one to another during your working day as there is no public transport available. However National Trust vans can be used to travel from one site to another if you hold a full driving licence.

What it's like to work here

You would be joining a small and friendly Business Support and Facilities team, providing support to our wider team across our Countryside portfolio. We have 4 offices; Holnicote (near Minehead), Fyne Court (near Taunton/Bridgwater), Brean Down and Barton (on the Mendip hills). This role, whilst based at Fyne Court will also cover the Holnicote office and in a normal week, you could be working there 2 days a week. Therefore a driving license is essential. There would also be the opportunity to work from home.

What you'll be doing

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you'll have to love variety and thrive on change. As well as supporting day to day operations, you'll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You'll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something.
