Location: Thurleigh, Bedford

Duration: Temp to Perm (Approx. 4 weeks temp then perm)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Pay: £13 per hour

Are you an organised, proactive professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment? Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their thriving team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their busy service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling jobs and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Organising and managing paperwork efficiently.
  • Performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role, ideally a sales background.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy, high-pressure environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure service department.
  • Ambitious and eager to progress in their career (progression into a sales role in the long term)
