This industry leading company is on an exciting growth journey and are looking to expand their partner network to open up new revenue streams and enhance their market presence worldwide.
The role of Head of Partnerships has been created to drive this ambitious growth. This is a great opportunity for you to design and launch a scalable partner program from scratch, creating real impact and driving the next phase of the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Partnerships:
- Develop a Strategic Partner Program: Create and execute a partner strategy that aligns with business objectives, identifying top-tier partners and driving mutual value through engagement plans.
- Build a Scalable Partner Network: Design partner tiers, benefits, and incentives to attract and retain high-performing partners. Develop a framework that scales with the business as it grows.
- Recruit and Onboard Partners: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new channel partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to promote the company's solutions.
- Manage Key Relationships: Foster strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring they meet performance targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partner activities are fully aligned with the company's broader goals.
- Track and Report on Success: Develop KPIs to measure the success of the partner program, regularly reporting on partner performance, revenue contributions, and program ROI.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to continuously refine and evolve the partner program.
Who/what are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success in building and managing partnership programs.
- Experience in EOR, Payroll management, contractor management etc is highly desirable
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and independent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment but enjoys working collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as required.
