Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and enthusiastic administrator to join our clients established and successful global customer services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the field sales teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process orders, returns, and escalating issues as required
- Maintain accurate customer records using a bespoke CRM
- Provide administrative support to the sales team including raising quotes
- Raising invoices
- Processing shipping paperwork
Job Details
- Sociable working hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm- Competitive Salary - £24-28,000p/a DOE- Full training, job security and room to develop

Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in office procedures and clerical tasks
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
- Prior experience in administration is required and export documentation would be advantageous
