Your local Primary school with an Outstanding rating and the heart of the community wants to support you. They have a Graduate Learning Support Assistant vacancy, to develop your vital skills and gain invaluable experience working with SEN students.

The Witney students are aged 5 - 11 years old, from Year 3 - Year 6 (KS1/KS2). Where you would be supporting either a set child/group of children in a year group with the potential to be able to move to other year groups as an when they need support.

Some of the SEN challenges the Witney based students manage is from: ADHD, ASD/Autism, Dyslexia, Cerebral Palsy and other motor issues. You are responsible to support their varying degree needs, to be able to adapt the work given by the Primary class teacher and break it down into bite sized information. They will be on Individual Development plans (IDPs), so you can really delve into the best way to support and absorb the knowledge.

  • Must hold a Psychology degree (2:1 minimum)
  • 1 year contract

  • Work-life balance (Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 3:30pm)
