Reed Supply Chain & Procurement are now looking for a Customs Clerk to join a thriving Freight Forwarding company in Essex.
Our client is looking for a keen and enthusiastic CUSTOMS CLERK who has at least 3 years+ experience within imports and exports operations.
Duties would include:
- Handling imports and export operations
- Completing various customs entries (CFSP, IPR & HMRC)
- Completing month end declarations
- Liaising with customs on a daily basis
- Handling customer queries
- Monitoring compliance of all customs regulations
Skills needed:
- 3 years + experience within the freight industry
- Customs entry experience (month end declarations)
- Attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Proactive
- Self-motivated
