Stock Controller
Location: Hinxton, Cambs
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday onsite
Salary: £25-£29k
Start Date: ASAP
Unicorn Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a Permanent Stock Controller role with our client in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of stock, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and contributing to the forecasting process. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demand
- Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Collaborating with the purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory processes
- Utilizing forecasting techniques to predict demand and make informed stock decisions
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance stock control procedures
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or similar role
- Strong understanding of forecasting techniques and inventory optimization
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally within the organization
