Location: Egham (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £30,000 plus personal and company bonus (performance dependant)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
A creative and motivated Marketing Executive is sought to join a dynamic and collaborative team in Egham. If you're passionate about marketing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take ownership of impactful campaigns, we want to hear from you.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, executing multi-channel campaigns, and analysing performance to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Create engaging and targeted content for digital platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, generating insights for optimisation.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events and promotional activities.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Track key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure success and ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong content marketing and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • A creative and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.

Preferred Skills (Not Essential):

  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
