Marketing Executive
Location: Egham (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £30,000 plus personal and company bonus (performance dependant)

About the Role:

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, executing multi-channel campaigns, and analysing performance to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Create engaging and targeted content for digital platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, generating insights for optimisation.
- Support the planning and delivery of events and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing and updating the company's website and social media platforms.
- Track key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure success and ROI.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or 3+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong content marketing and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and social media management platforms.
- A creative and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
Preferred Skills (Not Essential):
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva).
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
