Mostly remote – 2/3 office visits to South Manchester a month

Forward Role are exclusively supporting an incredible Consultancy who dedicated to developing strategies and managing the real-world activation of marketing plans for a diverse clientele. The team is a unique blend of ex-agency and ex-client professionals who believe in doing things very differently – they value diverse thinking and backgrounds and are eager to expand the Paid Media offering to their clients.

They cater for clients across various industries including travel, financial services, private equity, healthcare, and serve a geographically diverse client base spanning Europe, the US, and the UK. They believe in flexible, hybrid working—balancing time between the South Manchester office, your home, and the clients' locations both home and abroad.

This isn't a typical Paid Media role – we're hoping to secure a candidate with solid Paid Media experience, however will potentially have a ‘past life' before diving into paid digital activation. You should know Google well but also bring broader experience. Business maturity and exposure to different work situations are a real plus.

Part-time applicants who can give their all when at work and switch off when not will absolutely be considered.

Experience Desirables (in order of priority):

  • Vast experience using paid search platforms, especially Google Ads, SA360, and a good working knowledge of Analytics.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and audience focus into a coherent activation strategy.
  • Understanding of commercial outcomes and associated bid strategies, with the ability to track, measure, and feedback progress in an understandable way.
  • Strong skills in analysing, writing, and optimizing ad copy.

Bonus (Not Essential):

  • Experience with other bid technologies (paid social, SEO, programmatic campaigns).
  • Understanding of social listening tools and contextual targeting tools.
  • Troubleshooting experience with tag management, tracking, and analytics goal setup.
  • Experience writing/implementing scripts.

What You'll Develop in This Role:

  • A deeper understanding of business commercial objectives and wider strategy.
  • Greater knowledge of adtech, programming, and measurement.
  • Enhanced skills in digital strategy and storytelling.

Ideal Professional Qualifications:

  • Google certification (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc).
  • 3+ years of campaign activation experience
  • Further education qualifications
