Client Details
Our industry leading client are seeking a Group Finance Analyst to join their systems and reporting team on a full time and permanent basis. Offering a great work life balance, the successful candidate is expected to be on-site in the Mid Kent based office once per week.
Description
Responsibilities for the Group Finance Analyst include:
- Being the technical lead for all system enhancements, actively improving functionalities and communicating any changes to the wider group.
- Be the lead for translations of numbers and data sets for all the entities within group (Europe) ready for submission.
- Drive system training initiatives on an ongoing basis to ensure a positive user experience.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any system issues and tickets.
- Business partner with system support team, user and relevant stakeholders on change management processes.
- Support group with month end reporting.
- Lead the technical onboarding of newly acquired companies and support with integrating user training and data mapping.
- Support with adhoc systems related projects as and when required.
Profile
The succesful Group Finance Analyst will have/be:
- Newly qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA or CIMA)
- Financial Accounting and consolidation experience is essential
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis and understanding financial statements under IFRS
- Previous experience of SAP or similar consolidation and statutory accounts preparations systems is preferred
- A genuine passion for Finance systems and volume data analysis
- Advanced excel skills
- High levels of attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
Job Offer
- A salary of £50,000 + car allowance of (c.£5k)
