Are you an experienced Event Coordinator looking for a new challenge?

THE JOB:

  • Management of the guest relations for corporate events, including meet-and-greets for attendees and delegates for dinners and corporate functions.
  • Being the main point of contact for guests ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Coordination of guest services for large scale events.
  • Working closely with the hospitality and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assistance with the logistic part of the set up as well as catering on the day.
  • Handling guest feedback.
  • Preparation of the event function sheets as well as guest lists and event schedules.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience in a Event Coordination role within either Contract Catering or Hotels for a min. of 2 years
  • Charismatic and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest and visitors queries with tact and efficiency.
  • Impeccably professional appearance.
  • A proactive team player.

THE PACKAGE:

  • £28K per annum
  • 40h working week on a 5 over 7 work patterns (you will be required to work evenings and weekends)
