Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth. For the successful Maintenance Engineers our client is offering:
- Starting salary range will depend on experience - £28,704 + 25% SA = £35,880 / £37,913.20 + 25% SA = £47,391.50
- 4 shifts per week, 3 day weekend every week! 6pm - 6am Monday to Thursday - 46 hours per week
- Permanent position

The role – Maintenance Engineer:
- Investigate all equipment failures, recommend and implement improvements
- Participate in regular reviews with the Engineering & Manufacturing team
- Carrying out Plant/Equipment installation in line with Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Providing minimal downtime to Production
- Installing & setting up new areas within Production as required
- Attending Maintenance meetings
- Focusing on Continuous Improvement
- Maintaining a high level of Health & Safety
- Working in team situations to resolve any issues
- Carrying out Mechanical & Electrical tasks
What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:
- Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of Pneumatics / Hydraulics
- Able to read Mechanical & Electrical diagrams
- Experienced in Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Fabrication / Welding skills
- PLC experience - PREFERRED
- Our client is looking for candidates who are Multi Skilled, ideally (60/40) Mechanical/Electrical
