We are recuiting exclusively for a family-owned, established business in Waltham Cross. They are looking to recruit an additional Credit Controller to their existing team, due to continued, sustainable growth.
Duties:
- Allocate incoming payments to the relebant accounts
- Reconile customer accounts
- Resolve queries relating to disputed sales invoices
- Regular communication with customers to ensure prompt payment
- Escalate any unresolved issues to the FC
What they are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Credit Controller
- Solid understanding of Excel
- A clear and confident communicator
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
