Sales Administrator

You will be joining a well-established Group in the Stourport-on-Severn area, for a Sales Administrator role. The business offers a range of products for a variety of sectors and is offering a full-time permanent position.Your new role
This is an exciting, varied and responsible role where you will play a key part of the Administration and Sales Support function, as well as supporting the wider Business. Key duties will include:

  • Process invoices and credit notes
  • Ensuring customer accounts are accurately set up with the correct billing requirements
  • Allocating goods received to the system and data sheets
  • Confirm goods payments
  • Update weekly sales and GP reports, analysis of data and creating reports
  • Month-end support
  • Partner with Sales teams to ensure sales are processed timely and complete follow-through of the sale
  • Ordering parts and ensuring that the order is logged on the system
  • Project work
  • Support daily and monthly Director activities
  • Ad-hoc general administrative duties to support the business
  • Covering reception

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in the above duties, targeted around strong administration and organisational skills. Confidence in communication both verbal and written, with data/analysis skills, IT literacy, sales support and working with multiple teams/management will be key to this role. This role requires someone who is looking to be a key part in a business, with the desire to develop this role and the flexibility to manage a variety of tasks working in a fast-paced business.
