Do you have exceptional customer service skills, thrive in a busy environment? Are you well organised, proficient in administration, and capable of working accurately and effectively?
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily scheduling of planned preventive maintenance
- Coordinating Service Technician schedules
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails
- Providing exceptional customers service
Key Experience:
- Previous service coordination experience
- Strong administration background
- Team player
- Customer service skills are essential
