We have a temporary role with an immediate start with one of our top clients based in Southampton.

Do you have exceptional customer service skills, thrive in a busy environment? Are you well organised, proficient in administration, and capable of working accurately and effectively?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily scheduling of planned preventive maintenance
  • Coordinating Service Technician schedules
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Providing exceptional customers service

Key Experience:

  • Previous service coordination experience
  • Strong administration background
  • Team player
  • Customer service skills are essential

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note our client cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
