We require a Tenant Liaison Officer in Solihull on a temporary contract

Your new role As a tenant liaison officer you will be working on a temporary basis, in a 3 month contract in the Solihull area.
This is an exciting job opportunity, not to be missed! Within your new role you will be making the initial contact with the residents of the properties and will be acting as a advocate for the them.
You will also be visiting the residents and will be expected to discuss refurbishment and mechanical and electrical work within their property for a storage heating upgrade
Within this role, you will be conducting both face-to-face visits as well as telephone calls.
You will also be required to communicate with the client to keep them informed about tenant related issues.
You will be required to respond to complaints whenever necessary and be expected to do so in a respectful and polite fashion.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful at this role, you will be expected to have previous experience within a similar role.
As well as this, you will also be expected to have an ability to communicate well with people and be able to promote health and safety.
You need to have experience within First Aid and proactive knowledge of the management of healthy, safety and environment.
