The key objectives of the role include:
- Business Partner to the CEO
- Supporting a growth strategy with a strong financial strategy of controls, working capital and risk management.
- Leading a small but well-performing team.
- Supporting an M&A strategy – especially around integrations to use synergies to create efficiencies.
Basic salary is at six figures with a reward package designed to attract and incentivise the very best candidate.
