I'm looking for Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters for a property maintenance contract working within social housing properties in Birmingham and Coventry.
The duties of the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will include:
- Patch plastering
- Splashback Tiling
- Installation of sinks
- Installations of kitchen units and work tops
- Installation of Baths and Showers
- there is no ripping out, flooring or decorating to be done, this will be done for you
Ideally I'm looking for Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters that have:
- Experience working in social housing
- Their own tools
- Full UK driving licence and their own transport large enough to carry materials
And in return, the Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter will receive:
- £20-22 an hour
- Mileage Expenses
- 40 hours per week on a long term contract
