Description
- Identifying and developing client relationships within the business services sector.
- Conducting regular client meetings and presentations.
- Ensuring the right candidate is matched to the right job and company in terms of culture and skill.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from interview to offer stage and beyond.
- Using marketing and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
- Screening candidates, interviewing them, and providing shortlists of candidates to clients.
- Advising both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
