Description

  • Identifying and developing client relationships within the business services sector.
  • Conducting regular client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensuring the right candidate is matched to the right job and company in terms of culture and skill.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Using marketing and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
  • Screening candidates, interviewing them, and providing shortlists of candidates to clients.
  • Advising both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

Profile

A successful 'Recruitment Consultant' should have:

  • A degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • A solid background in sales, business development, or recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
