Lettings Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join a prominent independent agency in Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate will be joining an established and thriving company who have an enviable reputation for offering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities for the role of Lettings Administrator include:
- Referencing
- Issuing tenancy agreements and serving compliance
- Right to rent checks
- Booking and arranging pre-tenancy works
- Arranging inventories
- Liaising with property managers to ensure pre-tenancy works are scheduled and carried out prior to move in
- Dealing with deposits
Salary package and benefits for the role of Lettings Administrator include:
- Basic £26,000
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
- 1 Saturday in 4 with a day off in lieu - five day working week
