Project Cooridnator role
Construction experience essential
£30k, Dartford based
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Projects Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking enquiries from clients by email or telephone, passing on enquiry to relevant person.
Responsible for setting up all Projects Jobs, including but not limited to:
Raising of subcontractor purchase orders associated with the job
Chasing and recording of all engineer and subcontractor service work sheets
Chasing of quotations and recommendations as directed by Projects team
Production of minor works quotations, which are reviewed by managers and placed on CAFM system
Production of project weekly labour planners with the assistance of the Project Manager.
Production of projects O&M's with the assistance of the Project Manager.
Set up of job folders.
To assist with financial controls and commercial aspects of the projects team, including the raising of receipting of purchase orders, receipting of purchase invoices and producing sales invoices for work as it is completed.
Administration of CAFM System for projects Division
To undertake general office duties relating to the projects team including, correspondence, dealing with post and emails and filing and the updating of electronic records.
Responsible for the updating of the sales forecast.
Key Skills and Experience:
Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
Previously worked in a facilities management or construction environment
Flexible, methodical and accurate approach to tasks
Must be able to communicate with others at all levels.
Flexible and proactive approach to task requirements
Efficiently follows assignments through to successful completion.
Takes action to achieve goals beyond what is required
Takes ownership and delivers to deadlines.
