Temporary contract - £12.82ph - Weekly pay

We are working closely with one of our clients to recruit 2 temporary members of staff at this very busy time, the company are rapidly growing so we need somebody who is trustworthy, committed and hard working!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Auditing third party invoices and raising PO's
- Accurately inputting data into various systems
- Managing inventory through raising stock transfers and movement requests
- Redirecting inbound shipments and updating our system and third party stakeholders
- Receipting of inbound shipments, identifying any discrepancies and following through to resolution
- Monitoring and resolving any system issues
- Monitoring and actioning daily reports
- Providing documentation to the freight forwarder for customs clearance
- Escalating key issues to leadership proactively and in a timely manner
- Collaborating daily with the warehouses, freight forwarders and ocean freight carriers.
Experience needed:
- Previous admin experience is essential, ideally within imports or logistics
- Drive, ambition and enthusiasm to deliver results
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload accordingly
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A willingness to learn and adjust with the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business environment
- High level of attention to detail and excellent record keeping
- Problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
- Good level of proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Excel
