The Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the Building Surveyor will join a dedicated team of multi-disciplined professionals, exposed to a wide range of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, retail, leisure, office and heritage.
The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from a diverse day to day workload, with a focus on professional services such as dilapidations, defect diagnosis, technical due diligence and contract administration.

The Building Surveyor
The Building Surveyor will ideally be a team-focused individual with at least 3 years of consultancy experience behind them.
- MRICS is preferred but not essential
- Varied project experience is beneficial
- An enthusiastic individual with a 'can-do' attitude
