This newly created role is designed to assist the Management Accountant with the provision of financial support with management accounts for budget holders throughout the organisation. Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily: - Completion of Daily Sales information
- Phone answering
- Support for both CT (UK) & UDCE (US) sales and purchase ledger teams
- Completion of cash movements summary

Weekly: - Amazon invoices (Upload & Reconciled)
- Budget holder costing review weekly
- Weekly overhead review. CT & US
- USA Bank posting
- Group format cash movements
- Intercompany recharges

Monthly: - Rebates Calculations
- Commission Calculations
- Royalty Calculations
- Accruals / Prepayments
- Fixed Assets
- Consignment Invoicing & Reconciliation
- Bad Debt Provision Posting
- VAT Returns Reconciliation
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- CT (UK) & UDCE (US) Bank Reconciliation
- Processing and review of Credit Card & Expenses (CT & UDCE)
- A/P & A/R reviews
- Business Surveys

Required and Advantageous Criteria:

Required:
- Confident communicator with ability to challenge
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced accounts department
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to build and develop relationships with other teams within the business
- Must be ‘hands on', with can do attitude and prepared to do what it takes to get tasks delivered on time to a high standard

Advantageous:
- Experience of sales and purchase ledger functions
- Working towards finishing AAT level 4 or beginning ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA qualification
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Purchase ledger KPI:
- Invoices processed/actioned
- Outstanding GRNI chased
- Credit Days

Sales ledger KPI :
- Debtor Days.
- Customers chased per day against target
- Overdue debt Percentage against target

Month End KPI:
- Hit Deadlines

Additional KPI:
- Self-sufficient
- Exam Progression (Dependent on individual)
