Our client is seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to join their team
Duties include;
- Collating all information and documentation required for weekly and monthly payroll processing
- Inputting bank details with accuracy and attention to detail
- Being the first point of contact for internal payroll queries
- Responsible for answering queries on our helpdesk
- Processing starters and leavers admin and pension administration
- Setting up new PAYE schemes
- Completing tax forms and sending out P45s
- Any other general payroll administration duties
- Delivering excellent customer service
You will have;
- Previous experience in a payroll environment
- Good computer literacy including MS Office
- Good numerical skills and a logical approach to problem solving
- Good level of education in Maths and English
- Good customer service skills, including verbal and written experience
- Good excel skills
