Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch technical and administrative support to the Partner/Practice Manager
  • Handle client queries with effective communication
  • Prepare and manage compliance documentation, research, and supporting files
  • Ensure all client identification and application forms are complete
  • Accurately process and record management information
  • Coordinate with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties to ensure timely case completion

What They Are Looking For:

  • Experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation (desirable)
  • Proficiency with client management systems like Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
