The role
We are working on behalf of a Runcorn based primary school to find an teaching assistant that can support in a KS1 class. Your day will be supporting the class teacher, and helping each pupil their potential. You'll be dynamic, resilient, and flexible; dedicated to supporting pupils to achieve and progress.
Requirements
Experience of working with children within a mainstream setting, ideally phonics knowledge.
Ability to build a good rapport with pupils and staff alike
A committed and dedicated character with a passion for supporting children
A good knowledge around the behavioural challenges and communication methods
