Our fabulous clients are seeking a
Senior Technical Sales Manager
to join their growing team, with a clear path to becoming a Sales Director in the near future.
The role of Senior Technical Sales Manager:
- Manage and lead a sales team while maintaining office and field-based responsibilities.
- Confidently identify and pursue new customer opportunities, with a proven track record in cold calling, booking appointments, and winning new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with larger corporate clients and technical retailers or industrial manufacturers.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of electrical principles, essential for working with technical electronic products.
- Display a passion for sales, coupled with honesty and integrity in all dealings.
To be considered for the role of Senior Technical Sales Manager:
- Experience in managing people and sales teams.
- Electrical/Electronic qualification and technical background is essential.
- Proven experience working with large corporate clients and/or technical retailers or industrial manufacturers.
- Full clean driving licence and a history of reliable job performance.
- Must be able to commute to Harlow office.
- Presentable, with clear spoken English, and confident in all customer-facing activities.
The Package for the role of Senior Technical Sales Manager:
- Basic salary between £35,000 and £40,000 pa (depending on experience) £60,000 OTE (uncapped).
- Generous Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Company Car provided.
- Full product training will be offered.
