Chef de Partie / Line Chef - 5* Hotel - Perthshire, Scotland - £23k to £28k + benefits

This 5* Hotel, located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, is looking for a Chef de Partie / Line Chef to join its small friendly brigade. Offering luxury holiday accommodation in Perthshire, within a beautiful Highland setting, the hotel offers beautiful scenes and outstanding service to its guests and visitors. You will be supporting the Executive and Sous Chef who will also offer support and development. They offer a traditional English / Scottish menu, with international influence and themed events.

SALARY ETC:

  • £23,000 to £28,000 depending on experience + benefits
  • Live-in accommodation is available at a small charge if needed.
  • Free meals and uniform

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have full right to work in the UK and be able to attend an in-person interview if selected.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, within a Hotel or Restaurant.
  • Food Hygiene certificate and relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Flexible and friendly approach
  • High standard of service and presentation.
  • Flexible and have a passion for the hospitality industry, with a passion for cooking to high standards and enjoys using fresh ingredients to deliver excellent dishes.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • To work in the small brigade of 4/5, maintaining a friendly, professional and passionate team.
  • To follow direction from the team, cooking and preparation of dishes using fresh ingredients and ensuring dishes are prepared, cooked and presented to the standards in place.
  • Supporting the Chef in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, stock taking, menu design, etc.
  • To ensure good communication with the brigade and other departments throughout the hotel.
