Description
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the accounts receivable function.
- Issue invoices and ensure prompt payment from customers.
- Handle customer inquiries related to accounts receivable issues.
- Perform credit checks on potential clients.
- Prepare financial reports for the Accounting & Finance department.
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Participate in financial audits as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Job Offer
The Accounts Receivable Assistant will be offered;
- £15.38 per hour
- Fully office based - 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Temporary to permanent
