Commercial Finance Manager, Creative Agency, Hybrid - Central London, £55,000-£60,000, 12 Month FTC - (4 days a week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a very cool, creative design agency in Central London. Due to maternity leave, we are recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager to join the team and report directly into the UK & EMEA Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the production of the monthly management reporting
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of: Revenue recognition, along with commentary and analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year
  • Cost of sales and operating expenditure, along with the supporting commentary and analysis versus budget
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, along with maintaining the supporting schedules
  • General ledger journals ensuring the supporting information and approvals are appropriately stored
  • Accrued and deferred income balances, ensuring escalation of any risk or issues
  • Inter-Company reconciliation
  • Rolling profit and loss and employee cost forecast
  • Payroll reconciliation
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of internal reporting, to include: Weekly Timesheets, Client Efficiencies, Client Profitability, Potential Earnings

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • In person you need to be a team player, confident and flexible
  • Preferably have a Marketing Services or Media background
  • On a 1 month notice period max
  • Must have experience running whole month-end process
