Page Personnel is working with a highly reputable not for profit organisation in Poole who is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their accountancy team on a 12 month contract on a full time basis. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring excellent financial knowledge is shared with senior stake holders across the business.

This role is hybrid and requires office attendance 2-3 times per week. Whilst in the office, you have free onsite parking, extremely close public transport links which makes it very practical for public transport users. Description
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Work with departments across the organisation to improve understanding of financial information
- Deliver financial information in a non-financial so managers have full understanding of financial information
- Ensure that people understand the financial reporting requirements
- Support the development of tools to help support budget holders
- Produce, verify and maintain the outputs of the planning process to ensure that they are accurate & consistent
- Contribute to the planning and budgeting process
- Ensure the business partnering processes run as efficiently as possible
- Ensure operational, commercial and financial targets are met and delivered
- Identify financial risks and opportunities
- Track the financial performance against departmental plans and forecast, drive for corrective action when needed
Profile
In order to be considered for the Finance Business Partner role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on very short notice
- Have ideally worked in a large organisation
- Have excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise
