Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a diverse team.
  • Manage and organise meetings, including the coordination of schedules.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication.
  • Manage projects and conduct research as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to the role of Executive Assistant.

Profile

A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:

  • A strong educational background, preferably with a degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience in a similar role in the Property industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
