Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a diverse team.
- Manage and organise meetings, including the coordination of schedules.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external communication.
- Manage projects and conduct research as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the role of Executive Assistant.
Profile
A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:
- A strong educational background, preferably with a degree in Business or related field.
- Experience in a similar role in the Property industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
