The Role:
- Assisting business customers with enquiries
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Follow up of quotes
- Processing of Sales Order
- Liaison with overseas suppliers
- Negotiating of pricing with suppliers
- Conducting credit checks
- Dealing with samples from suppliers
- Assisting with shipping
- Tracking of orders
- Dealing with any customer queries

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
