Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and negotiate sales to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct property viewings, provide detailed and accurate information to prospective buyers and answer any queries.
- Liaise with vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and transparent negotiation process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values to offer informed advice to clients.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a property sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Valid driving license (use of Electric Mini pool car provided).
