As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a critical role in the business, liaising between landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants.
- Answer phones and customer questions
- Handle negotiations from offer to contract to secure the best deals for clients.
- Provide clients with regular feedback and reporting to keep them updated.
- Manage property listings and marketing, including drafting property brochures.
- Carry out property valuations and respond to property enquiries.
- Support the team with office administration and ad-hoc requests from senior management.

- A clean driving license.
- Ideally previous experience in lettings or property.
- A team player who communicates effectively across departments.
- A courteous, polite, and helpful attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Confidence engaging with clients at every level.
