In this role, you will be a key player in building lasting relationships with clients while working on complex audit assignments. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Preparing audit files, planning, and assisting with fieldwork
- Gradually taking on more responsibility and leading smaller audits
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Balancing audit-focused work with opportunities to prepare accounts and manage your own workload efficiently
- Reporting directly to seniors, managers, and partners to ensure high standards and client satisfaction
- *What you'll need to succeed as Audit Semi-Senior**
To excel in this role, you'll need more than just technical qualifications. We are looking for someone who:
- Is ACCA/ACA part-qualified with 1-2 years of UK Audit practice experience
- Holds a university degree (minimum 2:1) or equivalent qualifications
- Has experience with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH (advantageous)
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
- Possesses a positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and can prioritise tasks effectively
