Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work within a Secondary School in Bourne End. This school requires this individual to be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff.
**High Daily Rate - £160+ per day**

Please see below the credentials we are looking for:
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour - School Based
- A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject
- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties
- Confidence to lead a small intervention group (various core subject lessons)
- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
