Would you like to be part of our Sales and Marketing team supporting us to win major projects across the UK, working with some of the biggest names in retail? We have a fantastic, rare opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join our team based at our Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield.

Our mission at Momentum is to help brands and retailers manage their projects seamlessly across thousands of stores. We work with some of the world's most well-known brands and retailers, managing projects in retail environments from start to finish. From the initial planning stages through to repurposing of materials at the end of the cycle, we are a valued partner to the clients we work with.

Who are we looking for?

As this is a development role it is essential that you are able and willing to work in our Head Office – you will need to be located within a commutable distance to Macclesfield.

Reporting into the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Executive will act as first point of contact with clients and will assist and support the team to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. To succeed in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator, a strong team-player and possess a pro-active attitude. Key skills for the role include:

What does my new role look like?

Working as part of the Sales and Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we provide world class service to our clients, and we continue to develop the business by bidding and winning new work. You will do this by:

  • Acting as a primary point of contact with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong relationships.

  • Manage client conversations and seek upselling opportunities.

  • Address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.

  • Support communication with the internal team, including marketing and content to develop opportunities.

  • Support in pricing jobs and work with the team and the client to turn a brief into a fully priced proposal with key assumptions.

  • Work with the team to ensure pitches and tenders stand out from the crowd.

  • Support the team in developing comprehensive development plans with clients.

  • Assisting the team in delivery of the of the customer strategy of target accounts.

  • Assist new business efforts, engaging with the team to create marketleading solutions for new initiatives.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the client experience.

  • Work with the team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build on services we provide for clients.
