Salary: £25,000 per annum

About the Role

Working on a hybrid basis, we are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Executive to join our team at Buzz Bingo. As a Campaign Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing incoming briefs from stakeholders to make sure all the key information is included and the campaign goals are clearly understood.
  • Helping to prioritise all incoming briefs and make sure that the highest priority campaigns receive the best promotional placement through our marketing channels.
  • Briefing in copy to support campaigns, ensuring the most important messages are clearly set out and that this follows the brand tone of voice.
  • Briefing in design for assets which are prioritise key messages and are visually engaging but also follow the Buzz brand.
  • Liaising with our marketing agency for the production and print of physical assets, including budget tracking and management.
  • Liaising with the CMS team who populate the site pages to make sure campaigns are promoted in the right places.
  • Liaising with the CRM teams to ensure key campaigns are represented correctly on our customer communication plans.
  • Following quality check processes to make sure all campaign information and assets are correct and compliant.
  • Attending meetings with other departments to understand how we can support their campaigns and how they can support ours.
  • Communicating upcoming campaign plans clearly and concisely with stakeholders, in particular the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
  • Reviewing completed campaigns, summarising results and presenting them back to stakeholders.
  • Supporting a test and learn approach to campaigns and contribute ideas for future improvements and tests.
  • Assisting the wider Retention Team through the completion of admin tasks, split on rotation throughout the team.

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting marketing through owned channels, such as on site content, point of sale and digital asset creation.
  • Experience following processes to deliver marketing from initial brief through to post campaign evaluation.
  • Understanding of the importance of messaging hierarchy to ensure the most important messages are the ones which receive the most focus.
  • Experience in brand creative and ensuring campaigns are creatively engaging while fitting within the brand.
  • Experience in writing clear and concise copy with a high level of accuracy in spelling and grammar.
  • Experience of presenting campaign metrics and results back to stakeholders and making recommendations for future improvements.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Can work in a fast paced marketing environment and respond well to changes.
