Senior Civil Technician - required for a well-established consultancy in their Derby office. The CAD Technician will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects, mainly high end residential and commercial projects The Senior Civil Technician will join a small office of friendly people, but part of a company with staff across 3 offices.
The Senior Civil Technician will be working on a range of Civil Engineering projects using AutoCAD and Revit but training will be provided It is envisaged that the Trainee Civil Engineering Technician will either hold at least a HND or HNC within the Civil Engineering or construction field or have extensive experience. Being a large consultancy offering a range of services there is a lot of potential for progression in this role and the company will reward the most successful individual with their future development in the industry.

Position Requirements
- Ideally HND or HNC within a Construction or Civil Engineering discipline
- Experience with the use of AutoCAD, Civils 3d and microdrainage
- Excellent communicator with ability to answer technical queries from Clients and Contractors
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to be confident and pro-active in liaising with clients
