The ideal candidate:
- Will ideally have experience as a year 5 teacher
- If ECT, will be a strong, capable ECT with a confident, "can do" attitude
- Must have QTS
- Will be able to deliver practical, creative and engaging lessons that facilitate independence
- Will be adaptable, caring and patient
- Will believe in a holistic approach to education
