Our client based in Hemel Hempstead is a successful and leading IT Technology company. They operate within a wide range of sectors, and produce products which are world renowned for reliability and quality.
They are looking for a motivated ICT Sales Order Processing Administrator to be the liaison between the Sales Teams, Customers and the delivery teams ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all customer orders.
Duties:
- Accurate processing of customer orders
- Raising purchase orders on suppliers
- Arranging and tracking of deliveries to customers
- Raising invoices on customers
- Updating of house systems as required
- Reporting on Bookings, Billings and Work in Progress as required
- General Sales Order Support for Business Solutions Field Sales
- Attend appropriate training to ensure product and services knowledge is up to date.
- High levels of Internal & External Customer Satisfaction.
- Close day to day relationship with Field Sales & Administration staff
- Work with finance colleagues with regard to invoice and finance related queries.
Requirements
- Good communicator verbally and in writing
- Experience working with an ICT Sales Driven industry
- Experience working with an ERP system, QuoteWerks, Salesforce & Autotask would be beneficial.
- Proficient in the use of Word (Intermediate), Outlook (Intermediate) and Excel (Advanced).
- Performance in role based on agreed metrics.
- Purchase Orders placed on time with accurate details
- Invoices raised on time with correct details
- Deliveries arrive at customers at the agreed time
- Orders to be correctly input on system and saved so as to have a clear accurate audit trail
Salary
- Basic salary of £25,000 per annum
