SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Tulse Hill, SE27
Salary: OTE: £50k +
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator who is looking to progress their career in estate agency to join a well-established estate agent.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experience in residential lettings
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Tulse Hill and surrounding areas would be helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
