Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading designated accounts to drive growth for a portfolio of clients across entertainment and FMCG brands – while ensuring revenue targets are achieved. An energetic leader who excels in client management, briefing and overseeing projects to excellent deleiver client management.

Key responsibilities

  • Taking client briefs and managing all steps to get the work started within the agency - understanding what is required, discussing with Studio Manager & key stakeholders to agree next steps, budgeting, creating timelines and managing client expectations.
  • Lead and assist in the creation of strategy and idea development across briefs.
  • Exhibit strong commercial awareness and budget understanding, tracking, development and reporting to client and agency stakeholders including Group Creative Client Service Director and Group Creative Commercial Director.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and command respect with other departments internally and within the Delta Group with the objective of getting the best out of the services available while ensuring the resource is used profitably.
  • Lead creative projects from beginning to end with confidence and autonomy.
  • Provide accurate resource and budget allocation across projects.
  • Provide excellent time management on projects with the ability to determine priorities (with the team and the agency).
  • Capable of outlining, organising, writing and delivering presentations.
  • Demonstrate proactive solution-based thinking and delivery.
  • Support in the creation and development of new opportunities from existing client relationships.
  • Working with creative and/or social team during concepting & development phase and supporting them with sourcing relevant assets/access to tools they might need to deliver against the client brief.
  • Providing client timelines and updates on progress – confident in managing their expectations and keeping them updated on any challenges or issues with a positive and proactive approach.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Approachable and highly organised Senior Account Manager with an enthusiastic nature and a drive for great work.
  • Indept knowledge of client accounts and briefs - ensuring the client and internal team are kept up to date on progress and tackling any challenges or hurdles with a positive mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to build strong, solid relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
  • Great organisational skills with ability to work closely with multiple departments to tackle challenges and findsolutions within a fast paced environment.
  • 5+ experience working for a creative agency - preferably with experience within entertainment and campaign management including 360 campaigns, AV and Social.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of financial processes as well as campaign life-cycles and agency efficiencies.
  • Passion for delivering the highest quality service.
