- Lead and manage the development of public relations and communications strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
- Manage relationships with media outlets.
- Monitor and report on media coverage related to the organisation.
- Coordinate and manage public events to enhance the organisation's visibility.
- Manage the production of public relations and marketing materials.

Profile
A successful Communications and Public Relations Officer should have:
- A degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- Experience leading a team in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful PR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of media operations and crisis management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Offer
- An salary between £32,000 and £37,000 or equivalent day rate, depending on qualifications and experience.
