In the role of a Recruitment Consultant focusing on the industrial sector, you will lead our recruitment initiatives, matching skilled candidates with rewarding roles in the industry. Your solid sales background and enthusiasm are key to propelling our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with company expectation for gross profit per week / month / per annum, generated from individual sales efforts.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
  • Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally recruitment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
